Pardon

Overview
Led brand strategy, partnerships, audience growth, and experiential programming for Pardon and its collage based media venture Collé during a key expansion period. The work focused on helping position Collé within a global luxury and cultural context through audience growth strategy, content planning, partnership development, and activation. Collé was founded as a project of Atelier Pardon to document and publicize ongoing research into the medium of collage conducted by the Pardon Collection.

Approach
Developed audience growth, brand positioning, and content strategies designed to strengthen Collé’s place within a luxury and cultural landscape. Built implementation plans across brand strategy, content, and activation, including support for the Canary Village gallery opening and related brand initiatives.

The work also included identifying, negotiating, and executing strategic partnerships aligned with the brand’s vision, including Collé x Soho House workshops and other cultural collaborations. Across partnerships, content, and programming, the focus was on translating brand strategy into audience facing initiatives that expanded reach, deepened engagement, and strengthened long term brand value.

Outcome
Helped guide Collé through a key stage of growth by translating strategy into visible brand moments across partnerships, programming, content, and real world activation. The work strengthened audience engagement and visibility while supporting the expansion of Collé as a culturally relevant media platform within the broader Pardon ecosystem.
